They say that if you're depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. When you are at peace, you are living in the present. I've had a great blanket of calmness over me these last few weeks, and I can feel the winds of change just around the corner.
It's a feeling I get everytime I'm about to make big changes in my life - it's not a "voice" as such, but an awareness, like an extra spring in your step, or noticing finer details on an otherwise ordinary object.
